How to send your support

    • Fill out the FMI support coupon (Only applicable for churches)
    • When supporting the Weeds, please write “Kazakhstan, Patrick Weed” in the memo line of your check
    • Make check payable to Foursquare Missions International (FMI)
    • Send check (And coupon) to Foursquare Missions International, PO Box 26776, Los Angeles, CA 90026-0176
  3. Tithe/Missions Coupon (For churches only)
    • In addition to your missions giving, this coupon can be used to combine all Foursquare giving. Just list the amount you would like to donate to Patrick & Rebekah Weed on the appropriate lines.
    • Allocate the amount in the Foursquare Missions – General section and then indicate “Kazakhstan, Patrick Weed” in the explanation portion.
